credit cards

i owe about 10,000 dollars to two credit card companys i am unable to work because of an illness i pay each one of them 50 dollars a month they phone me every other day demanding that i send them more which i cannot do, i am married but these cards are only in my name i want to know if they can take anything from my husband he has nothing to do with it and has great credit, i have told them this is my doing, I have not worked in over a year as i am unable too. could anyone give me any advice on what to do thankyou

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name, or the name of the State where the problem happened, it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.
