credit cards

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania.

Will my children have to pay the remaining 100,000 dollars I owe on credit card debt after I pass away, and they sell my 300,000 dollar home?

Possibly, yes.

The creditor will probably go after the estate (specially for such a large debt).

Your estate pays your debts and your heirs get what is left.

Read the information at the following site for what will happen to your property on your death.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Maybe its just Ohio. When my husband died, I send Death Certs to each credit card, and since he was the main signer, the debt just disappeared when each CC was closed.

This was all done through probate.

The loan on the house stayed the same because my sig was on the contract.
