Credit Cards and Prison

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
What is the best way to deal with credit card debt when you are in prison for 5 years?

Pay it. If you can't afford to pay immediately, borrow the money from family or friend.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

At the risk of sounding sarcastic, wouldn't filing for bankruptcy be a more prudent course of action if you're going to be or are in prison for five years? Certainly from a credit worthiness standpoint its kind of moot.

Explain to your prison officer that you have some bills to pay and see if they will let you pay them in prison is the first step. If you need to make money, see if they will offer you a prison labor job while you are in prison.
