Credit Cards Promblems

What is the name of your state? MI
I just have 2 quick questions (no judging - please) I recently made an agreement with the credit card company to repay them - I gave them all my information (banking) and they agree to take X amount each month - the last payment was this month - I just got a call today and they said that I need to paid the balance (I knew what I was paying was not going to clear my debt) and they wanted to start a new payment plan - I told them that I couldn't money was too tight and I struggle with the prior payment plan I had - th eperson told me no that they were going to set me up with a payment plan till December and I said no I can't afford it at this time and he said you have no choice I have all your information and you are going on this payment plan, I told him once again I won't be able to afford it and he oh well - can they do that - take money out of my account without consent and could I stop them from calling me at work - I couldn't really talk - I don't want my co workers knowing my business.
