A collection agency is reporting a debt to the credit bureau for $650.00. I contacted this agency six month ago in writing, requesting the details of the alleged debt. The agency has failed to provide me with the details of this debt. What can I do to force them to stop reporting this account to the credit bureau or to send me the detail information?
