more detailsi've read some of the past postings regarding statute of limitations and that mine has already passed (4 years in California). i want to know if the collector can re-post this debt on my credit report, even if it's been discharged in 1993. thx all... hope to hear from people like gottago and JenniferH and any other with additional knowledge. |

| WHERE ARE YOU??? Where was the note entered into?? Also, you say that this note was 'discharged'. How? By who? Do you mean 'charged off'??
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| Send the collector a certified, return receipt letter. In it, tell them that the SOL has expired on the debt, and that you do not want to receive any further correspondence from them concerning the matter. If they put it on your credit report, you may have grounds to sue them for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. |
