i live in mo. i recently recieved a letter from a collection agency in regard to a car that was turned back in in 1991. they say that i owe 4000.00 on this. i wasnt aware of any of this. i was told when i turn the car back over that was it. now they say that i owed 1000.00 on it after it was sold. am i responsable for this now after so long.
