debt cllection and coporation

i am judgment creditor in new york.
debtor claims that he owns nothing but operates a business corporation that he claims it is his children's.
any help will be appreciated.

Go to my question about Judgment Debror Appearances and click on it.
Read the answer I AM ALWAYS LIABLE gave me. Then print out the Judgment Debtor Appearance Questionaire, serve your debtor with court papers for Judgment Debtor
Appearance, then use this same questionaire to find out the "truths" about your debtors assets.
