debt settlementWhat is the name of your state? WI Hello again...Im currently settling with a collection agency. And Im trying to negotiate a favorable listing with the credit bureaus. I just checked my credit report and the debt is not even listed. Why wouldnt it be listed on my credit report? I guess I dont have to worry about a favorable listing if its not being reported. But, I still have a possible judgement to worry about. I have court on august 21st. |

| Not all collection agencies report to the CRA's, and some only report quarterly. If there's no TL from them on your credit report, you're ahead of the grand game - for now. You can almost bet once you settle that they'll paste something onto your credit report.
