Question

Debt settlement contract.

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

Im settling with a collection agency and Im using the debt settlement contract from the Credit Info Center. My questions are "Do I need to have the contract notarized?", "Who must sign the contract from the collection agency?" and "What is the best form of payment?" thanks, John

Its not necessary, but it would be a good extra to have.

Money order or cashiers check - from ANY bank but your own !
