debtor won't pay

What is the name of your state? Ohio

We are a small manufacturing firm who recently took in a new customer in MIchigan... 90 some days later, they owe us the entire amount ...over $9000. Have sent "collection letter" via registered mail....President of the LLC will not return calls...What can I do next?

Please Help!!

My response:

Sue the "customer" for breach of contract, and pursuant to the contract terms and conditions. Simple.
