Did my bank loan officer violate my privacy by informing to my realtor that my mortgage was denied because my debt ratio was higher than 43%.
The bank of America loan officer has not contacted me to inform that as their client but told my realtor.
Can sue for violation of privacy

While the bank has statutory privacy requirements, this would not appear to be covered by at least the Federal law. You can certainly make a complaint to higher up management about the breach.

No you can't sue just because you're upset. You have to show some actual damage.
