ex-wifes bankrup. keeps comming back

I have been divorced for 4 years now. A year after my divorce my ex-wife filled bankruptcy. She had taken my name off of everything as per the divorce dicree. One of the VISA cards that had origionally had both of our names on it was given to her in the divorce. She filled a new applacation with them to transfer the account to her name only (I have a copy of that applacation). She also took out a over draft protection on her checking after she had my name removed from her checking account. When she filled bankrup. these 2 items showed up on my credit report. I got the appropreate paperwork and sent it to all three credit reporting agencys. Both items were removed. A year latter both items showed back up. I filled the paperwork again and also contacted the bank and the VISA company. Both items were removed again. About 6 months later both items showed back up but only at TRW/EXPERIAN. I contacted them with my paperwork and they removed it and sent my a letter appologizing. It has re-appeared. I contacted a lawyer about suing them and he told me it would cost more for his fees than what I would recover as a judgment. He suggested I contact TRW with my paperwork as I've done in the past and let them know that if it re-appears again I will sue them. Any one with any good suggestions? Can I sue them in small claims?

WILDTHING- I hope you put your demands to the company on paper. Sometimes the people you deal with are not so bright. Because this action was brought to your file once before. It should'nt happen again. Right? Wrong? You should send your Ex to Texas and have her sit at the post office where EXPERIAN picks up their mail their in Allen.
