| Its very easy to get that kind of information. The databases that these CA's have to use are FULL of so much information, public and private, its enough to make your hair stand on end !
Faxing a letter like that could be deemed a violation of the FDCPA too, since it probably was NOT private and anyone could have read the letter besides your husband.
