Fl. residents with old judgments.

What is the name of your state?
This from another site. If the judgment was filed prior to 10/101 it may not have been refiled in accordance with a change in Fl law.

I checked for my name, but my judgement was 11/02. Does this affect me at all?

"If the judgment was filed prior to 10/101 it may not have been refiled in accordance with a change in Fl law."
*** Actually, that is NOT true. The statute you are referring to only applies to judgment LIENS. It has nothing to do with the judgment itself or whether that judgment can be reported and reflected on a judgment debtors credit report.

Bigun, you might want to correct this ERROR over on that forum.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

my name wasn't listed. I had checked this site before because I am concerned about my house that is co-owned. Since my name isn't listed, would that mean there is no judgement lien against it?I have also read that I should go to the courthouse(in the county I live in) and recorded my house as a homestead exemption( different from the tax exemption), and that will protect it. Any thoughts?
