Foreclosure/BK

What is the name of your state? NJ

Ok heres the problem I am 58 Disabled have 3 judements against me due to disability own house that is in foreclosure. I went to a lawyer and was told I am unable to do BK 13 or 7. Unable to sell house because it is in Default. So basically I was told iw ould have to leave and have no money to live anywhere. I only have 6 yrs left on my mortage and have no family or friends with Money to help stop foreclosure process.

Can someone please advise any way to help in anyway im lost and dont want to be homeless.
