foreclosure on credit report

What is the name of your state? ohio,florida
During a divorce my ex kept the house out of a bancruptcy and has not paid payments on the house for a very long time. He still resides in the house. On my credit report is it reporting foreclosure on this property. how can that be reported on my credit report when they have not foreclosed on the property? yes, i was stupid and believed i had no more to do with this property upon recieving a quit-claim document.
