Help!! AOL is threatening my 70 yr old mother with a collection agency for charges that they admit were fraudulant. She has received letters from an agency threatening her with a judgementagainst her. Other than contacting them (again) what can we do?

I would contact the texas attorney general's office and fill out the comsumer protection dispute form they will get the ball rolling.
