About 3 yrs ago i had a car repossed. In the summer of '03 my checking account was frozen by the collection attorneys for the finance company. In Sept. '03 court issued a garnishment on my wages , which is now in effect and coming out of my weekly paycheck, yet thay have not lifted the hold on my bank account. Why?
