What is the name of your state? michigan
I have a credit card co. garnishing my wages, they are garnishing 25% of my income and I am a single mother, and dont see us surviving on what my take home will be after the ganishment. Is there any way to get this amount reduced?

Why did you let the debt problem go this far? It is your inaction that has resulted in the garnishment. There is probably very little you can do now.

Racer is probably right, but you should look into the possibilty of having the garnishment stopped or reduced due to hardship. If you call the court and ask about it, they should be able to tell you if its possible and what you need to do about it.
