| I'm from maryland. I have a available credit on my credit card. can any of my creditors charge on that credit card to cover their balance?also can creditors garnish a stock account? |

| Creditors can only charge to your credit card if you have authorized them to do so. No, creditors cannot garnish stock accounts, only your pay. But they can place a lein against the account which could prevent you from selling any part of the account.
