How could I make a person that was sentenced to pay $2,000 restitution for assulted me.
He is on 2 years parole. His parole officer is not care much. It has been 2 months since the sentences to pay.
Doesn't he has to varified his income somehow or he can just said he is not making any money?
Fact, he own his own company which is doing well.
Should I go over the parole officer head? Who can i complain to?
