| Good moirning Jetx! Question please What is the name of your state?
We've had someone pop up at another site claiming an extensive background in collections and posting a lot of tips. Some are rather questionable but, he/she did post something intriguing only because you've made mention of it.
It concerns the FDCPA section that within 5 days of getting the account the ca must contact you with a name of the creditor and amount, etc. This person says in your validation letter, demand a placement date. The agency won't comply without a subponea so, here's how to get a subponea without filing a lawsuit. You ask a court to act as an intermediary and supervise the validation process. You will get a case numebr and can use that for a subponea.
Have you ever heard of such a process? Can it be done?
As always, TIA! |
