Harrassing phone calls - not our bill

What is the name of your state? Florida

Our daughter moved out of our home several months ago after we laid down the law about her not paying her bills. She had been unemployed for several weeks and fell behind in credit card payments.
We have been getting 10-12 (not exaggerating) calls a day from the same 2 creditors. We've told them she has moved out and we don't have a phone number for her, other than work. Receiving personal calls at work is grounds for dismissal. Tonight I was verbally harrassed by one of the collectors, who said I they would keep calling, despite a cease and desist letter, because I won't voluntarily give them her number.
I know that I don't have to give them diddly squat and won't. What can I do to stop these phone calls and the verbal harrassment, short of changing my phone number?
Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Call your phone company and file a complaint about the continual harrassment.
