have a question concerning my bank account and my stormpay account..

What is the name of your state?Texas

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this or not but I have a concerne and question. I have a stormpay account and in that stormpay account I have my checking accnt info and debit card for that checking accnt info only listed as ways to make trans into or out of stormpay and unfortunately I do not have another cred card that could have been used. I am trying to set some things up online to make money and my bank account is currently in the negative and I made trans through stormpay using that bank account knowing that it was negative but also knowing that 2 things or 1 of 2 things were supposed to take place and the did not, neither of them. One was supposed to be me having the funds put into my bank account to cover the negative bal as well as the amnt of the trans that was done through stormpay, 2 trans being $20ea, before the 3 or 4 days it takes for them to pull those funds from my account. It did not happen. The other thing was supposed to be that there was supposed to be some funds added to that stormpay accnt from other sources, by other people, that did not happen. Now I have 2 chargebacks from stormpay from those 2 transactions and when I found out that that happened I read some info on their site, which I really should have read before and didnt and makes me think they do not operate like paypal does. Now I am concerned, and have sent or submitted to their help desk, since I cannot access that accnt now, they have suspended it, regarding me wanting to make thing right with them and assure them that what has happened was never my intention. I have had that accnt for a long time and have been in good standing with them, that has never happened to me. I am waiting on a response back from them with either a ph # for me to call them and talk with them or just something in writing pertaining to my question of me wanting to corret this situation. I am just wondering if there is anyone in here that would possibly have any advice or let me know what I should expect or suggetions if they are familiar with Stormpay. According to what I have read on their website, it says that in cases like this that they prosecute to the fullest of the law and I sure dont want that to happen. I just want to make it right but the only way I know how to do that right now is to send them money order or money orders, not sure how fast I can do it or get the funds, and mail it to them to put into that account. Please help...thanks......******
