Help????

What is the name of your state?Florida
If I have a lot of past due debts, how will it affect my girlfriend when we get married. What is the best way to protect her. Under homestead exemption law, can then attach liens against her home after we are married?

Do not co-mingle anything. Keep all property in her name. Do not create a joint bank account.
