How can I find out when last payment on cc.

I received a summons on credit card dedt. I now its been a while sence my last payment. What are the exemptions on things they can take.I owe s$4000. I live in Oklahoma

To get a Date of last activity - usually payment, order all 3 credit reports. OR, you can send a validation demand letter to the suing attorney.

Do you have any old statements with a late fee being accessed or, any old dunning letters saying, you're 30 or 60 days late.etc?
