| Neither! It is counted from the date the account became deliquent. |

| It would actually be calculated starting from 30 days from whenever the last payment, or charge was made on the account, IE: When another payment was due, or the account was used, and no attempt at payment made, then that 30th day would be when it is considered delinquent.
