How is SOL calculated?

What is the name of your state? Arizona

How is the Statute of Limitations calculated for credit card debt? Is it calculated from the last payment made or the last charge made?

Neither! It is counted from the date the account became deliquent.

It would actually be calculated starting from 30 days from whenever the last payment, or charge was made on the account, IE: When another payment was due, or the account was used, and no attempt at payment made, then that 30th day would be when it is considered delinquent.
