Hrs Usa.State: Kennewick, Wa. My Question goes as follows: I have had an account (credit account) with HRS usa. I have been paying them monthly bill for the past 2 years and have had numerous problems with their billing. Most of them have been w/ me not recieving my statement. When I contacted them about it they told me that they send the statement on the 15th of every month. (i just contacted them and they said it is now sent on the 23rd of the month) For some strange reason their statements are never post dated. I would recieve the payment late and they said it was the post offices fault that i hadnt recieved it? And to contact them about it. I havent recieved this months statement so i contacted them. The CS rep told me that i hadnt recieved it because the address was wrong and that i had to pay ANOTHER late fee (o and not to forget the $10 fee for paying it over the phone with a check). But I called them after my last bill giving them my new address, i wrote my new address on the back of the statment payment slip and sent it off. So what i dont understand is why i have been recieving so many late statements and having to pay the late fee for something that isnt my fault? ![]() |

| I can't offer an answer as to why they seem to have a pattern of late statements, but I can offer the following about your current late payment. Most creditors require that changes of address, etc. be in writing. Further, by putting it on the back of a note in your payment, that also doesn't meet most creditors notice requirements. Read the agreement or bill and you should see information on what is needed to give them proper notice.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
