| I repossessed a vehicle for breech of contract. I have sent this party a certified letter informing them that I am no longer willing to extend the non interest loan. I have stated that i will need to have the balance of 3,300 dollars owed to me, and the cost of repossession, and storage fees, if they intend to reclaim the vehicle, within ten days of receiving the letter. If I have to sell the vehicle , then do I have to pay them back the down payment that they made on the vehicle ? |

| If he doesn't pay under the terms od the contract, you owe him nothing. |
