ill husband credit card debt

live in tennessee, my husband had a credit card that he used almmost to the max and we now find he has alzheimers, age 59....my name is not on the card, am i libel for this debt, there is no insurance on this acct. please help me.

This depends on what your laws state as to how marital debts are divided. In many states, even if your name is not on there, you are responsible for half the debts accrued during marriage.
