What is the name of your state? Washington State.


I have a Brother that knows a Bank Manager and has called him to issue large credit cards with very large lines of Credit to relatives and they are not even working . They took cash advance totaling around 50k.
These cards must be paid out of a living will from my parents-Can I sue this Bank or remove my brother as executor of the will?

WOW - I wish I was a bank manager. I didn't know they had that much power
You really need to have solid proof of a conspiracy and wrongdoing to sue the bank. If the bank manager took applications and they got approved; he's done nothing wrong.
