Im am an 18 year old with worse credit than my dead grandmother!!!!

What is the name of your state? I live in Georgia, and i just recently turned 18. In my stupid high school days i got 3 credit cards. I was paying on time and missed one payment. then got all backed up and now i am totally messed up. They are like 3 years deliquent. I have horrible credit. I know that i can legally disavow these contract because i wasnt of leagal capacity to enter into a contract. But, what about my credit. I do not mind paying them back. But all the interest and late fees! JESUS! Can the credit b's report on me, if that account was when i was under 18?

Please someone i need help!
