Question

hello. my name is jason and i am writing this on behalf of a good friend. My friend lives in Mesa, Arizona and just recently purchased a new house. His mortgage payment is appr. 1200/month and has little debt elsewhere maybe 2000 in credit cards. He is in a dual income family. Well, he just started working at his new job and he dislocated his shoulder as a work related injury. He was struggling to make his payments on all his bills, but still was making them and on time. Now he is out of work 6-8 weeks at the very least. He was working two different jobs and does receive some short term disability from both I believe, as well as workers comp, although the process has been very slow for all these. Is there anything he can do to reduce his mortgage? Are there any types of bankruptcy that he can file to ease his debt that will mount. Are there any other options he can take to ensure that they don't lose their brand new house? Do you need more specifics? Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Jason
