insufficient charges from bank even w/deposit

from california:

I'll try to get to the point. Have been with this bank for over 10yrs. Have been financially unstable last 2yrs. Last yr? had deposited a check that bounced on me and didn't have the funds until 2 days later to recoup the loss. Since then, the bank has been just awful with my deposits and wi/me as a customer. Before this incidence, funds would be available up to my deposit ($2000+). Just recently I had made a deposit of $500?. It was a day late for some charges that had come in and my bank penalized/charged me w/insufficient funds (INS). Ok, I accepted the penalities -it was my oversight. HOWEVER, my bank only made available $100 of my $500 deposit which is just awful considering the amount of business i have given them (i paid a car loan off w/them ), BUT on top of that my bank utilized that available $100 to pay for the penalty charges which left me nothing aND which left no money available for the original charges of which they penalized me for in the first place. I ended up being penalized from that company for INS.--- I AM SO FURIOUS at this bank. and i'm not finished

This last round is what got me going. This weekend I had withdrew about $80 and replaced it the same day. Some charges came of which i knew about. It was rejected and i've been charged with INS. Apparently my deposit was not made available. i am past furious to let's get legal.

Isn't it a somewhat of breach of contract that for the past 8 years I that most of the money i deposited was immediatedly available and now the available cash with deposits has changed. How am I supposed to know what;s available or not unless it is written out to me which I have not recieved ANd thus this circumstances.

SORRY I TRIED TO MAKE IT SHORT. THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION.

Before anyone offers any assistance here, I suggest reading his response to JetX in this thread:

jimnyc: Thank you for your post. I was just getting ready to answer this idiots questions when your post 'reminded' me who he is and prevented me from making a mistake. Thank you.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Jimmy, I apologize for my post. I read it wrong and simply thought you were trying to flame an already closed subject.

Again, sorry.

You're quite welcome. It burns me up that these people expect to get advice for free while bashing well respected members at the same time.

krispenstpeter, I don't see any reply other than this one, so I assume you deleted it. No offense would have been taken. I lurk here daily and know who the 'well respected members' are that contribute their time, and I consider you amongst them.

I appreciate the comment. And Jet was right to burn my ass.

So, I'll take my lumps. Again, sorry for not taking the time to read correctly.

(guess it's the Arkansas in me)
