Interest on judgementWhat is the name of your state? Illinois My wife was taken to court on by a credit union over a cosigned loan for a auto her son defaulted on. The lawsuit was in Indiana and a judgemnet was entered against my wife for the remaining amount of the loan after the credit union re sold the vehicle, We are paying 100$ a month on the balance of the judgement. My question is are they allowed to charge interest on the balance of the judgement entered against her? |
