Interest payment after charge-off and judment

What is the name of your state? TX

Providian is continuing to charge interest to an account that has been charged off and has obtained a judgment. I know the judgment accrues interest, but should the tradeline on CR be reflecting continued interest charges? Account balance and past due amount changes with every credit report.

I know there is much debate on whether a charged-off account is subject to interest charges since no statement is received monthly that reflect these charges.

Howver,since a judgment has been obtained, isn't the charge-off a dead issue and therefore should not be subject to interest charges.
