Invoice errorsWhat is the name of your state? Maryland i own a retail business and my main supplier made some billing errors that date back 7 monthes. the billing errors were in my favor at the time. they just made me aware of it and would like to be paid for the differences that they should have billed to me for. legally do i have to pay them back for them undercharging me? |

| Let's say that you were overbilled by this supplier - would you want your money back? Or put yourself in the supplier's position and you underbilled a customer - would you want your money? I'm pretty sure the answer would be yes in both cases. How much money are we talking about here? If it is not a lot, just pay it. If it is more than you can handle right now, maybe you can work out a payment plan with your supplier. The last thing you would want to do is upset your primary supplier...depending on the dollar amount that we're talking about here, they could very well drop you as a customer! -Christina |

| Thanks, racer! I was just looking at this from an accounting perspective, since I'm an accountant, and all! ![]() -Christina |
