I have a joint savings account with my stepdaughter. My wife and i had to move her out of our house due to her behavior. She took all the money out which was $1,200.00 all but 300.00 was ours is there any way to get the money back or is it hers because it was a joint account and we cant do anything about it?

For the most part you can consider the money gone. You might have a chance if you are able to prove that the source of the funds in the account came from you. For instance, if you made a deposit for $900 which was your payroll check and you can get a copy of it. However, you would have to take your stepdaughter to small claims court, and I have a feeling that she no longer has the cash.
