Question

MY ONLY QUESTION IS SIMPLE THE STATE IS N.C. 11 YEARS AGO I LET A CAR GO BACK, AND OF COURSE IT WENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I NOTICED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO IT SHOWED CHARGED OFF. NOW I GOT A NOTICE I WAS BEING TAKEN TO COURT (which i missed because im in va now) THEY HAVE A JUDGEMENT ON ME NOW ON MY CREDIT REPORT. SO CAN THEY DO THAT? AND CAN THEY GARNISH MY WAGES AFTER 11 YEARS?? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My response:

Please help us to help you. To help us, please take your Cap Lock off and re-type your post. On the Internet, writing in all capital letters equates to yelling or screaming at the reader. By rewriting your post, this will help to increase your chances for a response. We thank you for your kind cooperation.

writing in ALL CAPS

Some people write in all caps because they do not have good vision. I receive e-mail from folks that use WebTV and the TV is so far away they can't see the type, so they use all caps. Also, many people are seniors and prefer all caps - don't make them type it over again - give 'em a break!
