Let me respond

Last year I won a judgmentagainst my debtor for $5000. However, by just sending a letter to the judge of the court stating she had been "improperly served" (her 14-year-old son acceptted the papers thereby making it a "sub-service") and didn't have time to respond she got the judgment thrown out of court and we had to go to trial. That simply! I eventually won my court case against her but for MUCH less money. So, try contacting the cout with a sob story and see what happens...
Good luck!
