JudgementsWhat is the name of your state? Michigan. Three years ago there were 2 judgments placed against me for 2 credit accounts. I was garnished untill both accounts were satisfied. But even now my credit report does only shows that these judgments existed, but it does not show that they were satisfied. Should't those 2 companys have updated data entered showing as (Paid or Satisfied) next to those judgements? What do I have to do for this to occur? |

| First you want to make sure you have the release of judgment by the Attorney who placed them. Write a letter to all the credit bureau's stating that these have been satisfied along with a copy of the release of judgment. I would send them certified mail. Credit Bureau's have 30 days to respond. Good luck! |
