JudgementsWhat is the name of your state?Arizona. Here is my problem I have a judgement against me on my credit card. They have a writ of gerishment and went after my joint bank account 6 months ago and got all of are money. So my husband open up his own account and I have mine. Can they still go after my husband account if he has more money in his then I do mine. My name is not on his account at all and his name was not on the judgement just mine. |
