JudgmentWhat is the name of your state? nj I dont want to sound like a scumbag but does anyone have ideias on how to avoid having a judgment entered on your home state? I live in NJ, what are things I can do to trick the debitor on filling a judment on a diferent state? |

| This forum is here to provide folks with sound legal advice, not how to "beat the system." Even if a judgment is granted in another state, when you are found, it will be domesticated in your state. And yes, you sound like a scumbag.
