Just curiousWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? CA I’m just curious about something…my boyfriend told me that it is illegal for a creditor to call your cell phone. That doesn’t sound right to me, I believe it is legal. From what I understand it is legal for an original creditor to call you even at work, so I would imagine they could call a cell number too. Does anyone know the answer to this? |

| It is legal for a creditor to call you on your cell phone. The only way you can attempt to stop it is by requesting in writing that they stop. They are not required to stop by law, but some companies do comply. |
