Landlord and Disputed Credit

What is the name of your state? Texas

What is the name of your state? Texas

My wife and I just moved out from an apartment that we cleaned thoroughly. The landlord just send us a $300 bill for alledged cleaning fees, threatening to report to Credit Bureau if we do not pay withing 30 days. We tried to talk to her, but she wants every communication in writing; and she claims to have taken pictures. None of us have pictures of the apartment at the time we moved in.

1. May I ask her to send me the evidence she has on how "clean" the apartment was when we moved in and how "dirty" it has become due to our stay or our lack of cleaning upon moving out?

2. Can she use our move-in inspection sheet to claim that we did not originally report any dirt?

2. Does she have the right to report to Credit Bureau if she fails to provide us with the "picture or video" evidence she claims to have?

3. What avenues may I explore to prevent her from spoiling my credit history? (To date, I have a perfect credit history with all bills paid on time and no default on any creditor).

4. Should she go ahead and report to Credit Bureau, what are my options with disputing her report with the Credit Bureau or
bringing charges against her?
Thank you.
