large companh stiffing me

a virginia relocation company went out of business ( sources tell me ) owing me $5100.00.

my regular collections policy is to call, send a 10 day notice to pay, then have my attorney send a letter.
i normally would place a lein on a property, but this is a service company.

yes, i did do a credit check. they provided me a business lincense, an ein, their attorney's refferance, and numurous credit referances. I called three of the referances, and the referances were great. this company has been in business since 1987.

what do I do, i know i could maybe settle but i want to try and get all my money first.

any suggestions would be helpful
