late fees

hi i am from florida.i have been paying on a used car for over 2 years and i have resently fell behind and have some late charges but my bill is current.isend some money each week and the bank takes it but now they say i need to pay all late charges.i only owe 10 monthes on the car. they have always took my payments.but i tell them this is the only way i can pay i am paying 70 sometimes 100 dollars a week!and i only have a 177 dollar late fee.they say partial payments are not accepted but they have been taking them for about 4 months now!what can i do to make them understand i am paying and fully intend to pay for the car late fees and all?
