Hello. I have several credit card debts from long ago that I have not been able to pay on as they require such large payments and I dont have it. One of the lawyers working for one of the banks involved froze both of my bank accts, one at a time, and took the money in them, which only granted them a small amount. They are now telling me that since they unfroze my accounts, that they can take any money I put in them at any time. Does this seem accurate? It sounds like a scare tactic to me but I dont know my legal rights in this matter. Thanks in advance for any advice.
