I'm being robbed by my lending company. I have all my receipts showing I have paid my mortgage every month. However, they still claim I am behind and have made negative reports of my loan in default for over 2 years now. We live in Maine and they are operating out of Texas. I have spent in addition to my loan payments they claim they do not have. I have $939.00 to date in extra postage, money sent to be placed on principal that has vanished, and other misc. funds. I want to know if I can sue them for the money they claim they don't have plus these other expences. Due to interest rates and them slandering the credit rating refianancing is not an option any longer. The truth I feel they owe me now!!!

But, have you paid on time, in the agreed amount, and with good funds? If so, I'd think a lawyer would be happy to take the case on a contingency but, be sure that their is not more to the story.
